Enjoy Every Day Like Christmas Day!

No pat, no future just only present. Yes it should be your thinking while you wake up from bed and ready to start a brand new day. You can enjoy every day like Christmas day if you can think the things differently and follow some natural and simple life style.

Start your day by taking fresh morning air. You would feel amazingly good. Don’t stay on the when you see the first light of the morning. Some people stick to the bed till eight to nine and begin the day by lighting a cigarette. It is very bad habit. These people find the rest of the day lots of stress and depression. So begin your day early in the morning and prepare yourself for the rest of the day.

After getting some fresh air it’s time to get some physical activities. You can do it at your home or in your home yard or in the park. Twenty to thirty minutes activities are good enough to break the all idleness of your body and make every organ active.

What should be included in your breakfast? Besides getting your favorites item you must include plenty of green and colorful fruits. Don’t forget to drink adequate water.

Leave your home with a pleasant and smiling look and enter your workplace by the same way. Say good morning everybody regardless of boss, colleague and subordinate. After having your desk make a list of day work and begin from the priority base.

Mistakenly some people eat heavy in lunch. It is not fair. Heavy lunch can make you sleepy and would hamper your work. So go for light lunch with plenty of fruits and vegetables. After a lunch a hot coffee would be great. After all that if you feel sleepy you can light nicotine free cigarettes and make you fresh.

Leave office by following the same way as you do in the morning. Enjoy your evening by taking some light snacks and two or three peg of alcohol might make you pleasant. You can also try something else like herbal vaporizers to make the evening colorful. But don’t do it regularly or excess.

After all that take your dinner as you like but careful about healthy diet and prepare for sleeping. Remove all tension and stress and fall asleep and wish a better tomorrow.
